Information that we Collect

When you place an order we will ask for your name and address, telephone number (optional) and e-mail address to allow us to process your order.

If you wish to join our mailing list without placing an order we will ask for your name and e-mail address.

The above information will be retained until you ask for it to be removed (see 'Removal of Your Information' below).

Use of Your Information

Your information will be securely stored in a password protected file. We do not store your details on this website.

If you have signed up to our newsletter then your e-mail address will also be stored on a professional e-mail system that we use to manage our mailing list and to send out our newsletters.

If you select the 'Save my details on this computer for future orders' option then your details will be stored in a cookie on your device (see 'Cookies' below).

Your details will only be used by us to process your order and we will not pass them on to any third parties for any reason other than the following:

• for the processing of your payment
• to detect, prevent or prosecute fraud or any other crime
• to comply with any regulatory or legal requirement
• if the business or any part of it is transferred to another company

Please contact us if you would like a copy of the information that we currently hold about you, once we have established your identity we will be happy to provide a copy of the data in a suitable format.

Updating Your Information

If you would like to change your details at any point please contact us and we will update them as soon as we can.

Removal of Your Information

If you have placed an order with us and would like your details to be deleted please contact us and we will remove your information as soon as we can.

If you signed up to receive our newsletter, each e-mail will contain a link that allows you to unsubscribe from our mailing list. When you unsubscribe you will be removed from the mailing list however your details will remain on our database. If you would like your details to be completely removed then please contact us and we will delete them as soon as we can.

Payment Details

We currently accept payment through cheque or bank transfer, which you create through your bank. We do not process any payment details through this website.

If you select this option then a cookie, containing the details that you have entered, will be created on your device. If you do not select this option then a cookie will not be created.
