Please note the following conditions:-

(i) that you must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol and that in placing an order you are confirming that this is so.

(ii) that all goods remain the property of H C Wines until payment received; where payment is made by cheque we reserve the right to clear these funds before the wine is released.

(iii) we are registered for VAT (VAT no 847 3702 13) and that all retail prices include VAT at the appropriate rate.

(iv) minimum sale quantity is a case (12 bottles) in any combination.

v) delivery is free in York and North Yorkshire; £4.95 per case (12 bottles) in other parts of Yorkshire and Humberside; and £9.95 per case elsewhere in England and southern Scotland. Different prices may apply to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands – please ask. For orders of 5 cases and above (60 bottles) please enquire as we may be able to offer a reduced delivery cost.
